By scheduling services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Soria Lawn Care provides lawn care and property maintenance services including, but not limited to:

Lawn mowing and edging
Groundskeeping and property maintenance
Seasonal yard cleanups
Shrub and hedge trimming

Services are performed as scheduled, weather permitting.

2. Estimates & Quotes

All quotes are estimates, not final invoices.
Pricing may change based on:
Property size
Overgrowth
Accessibility
Additional services requested
Any price adjustments will be communicated before work begins whenever possible.

3. Online Booking

Online bookings are requests, not guaranteed appointments until confirmed.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
Customers are responsible for ensuring property access on the scheduled service date.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods are listed during booking or invoicing.
Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service fee.
Weather-related rescheduling will not incur penalties.

6. Property Access & Preparation

Customers agree to:

Unlock gates and provide access to service areas
Remove pet waste, toys, debris, and obstacles prior to service
Secure pets on service days

Soria Lawn Care is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or undisclosed obstacles.

7. Service Limitations

We do not move large debris, hazardous materials, or personal property unless agreed upon.
Overgrown lawns may require additional fees or multiple visits.
Trimming does not include tree removal or high-risk cutting.

8. Damage & Liability

We take care to avoid damage; however, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Underground items not disclosed (sprinklers, wiring, edging)
Damage caused by normal lawn equipment use
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service.

9. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, unsafe conditions, or extreme weather. We will make every effort to complete services promptly once conditions improve.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue.

11. Website Use

Use of this website does not create a service agreement until services are confirmed. Unauthorized use of content or images is prohibited.

12. Changes to Terms

Soria Lawn Care reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
